These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of seoarmy.co (the "Service") operated by GrowthArmy LLC, doing business as SEOArmy ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement signed between you and GrowthArmy LLC (DBA SEOArmy).

3. Free first month and qualification

We occasionally offer a free first month of services to qualified applicants. This offer is:

• Subject to qualification at our sole discretion
• Not a guarantee of acceptance
• Not a binding commitment on either party beyond the 30-day trial period
• Governed by a separate written engagement agreement

We reserve the right to decline any application, modify, or discontinue this offer at any time.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is the property of SEOArmy or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Information you submit through our forms (qualification, contact, book-a-call) is used to evaluate fit and communicate with you. By submitting, you grant us a limited license to use the information for those purposes. You represent that you have the right to share any information you submit.
